I am excited to begin my 19th year in education! After graduating from Tennessee Tech University, I began teaching 7th grade math at Warren County Middle School. After nine years there and a year at Siegel Middle School in Murfreesboro, I found my true home at Morrison School in 2008. As testing and technology coordinator, I work with teachers and students to prepare for state and district level testing as well as integrate technology in the classroom.
Morrison School is part of my family. My grandfather, O.M. Womack, was principal here for 20 years and my mother, Linda King, went to school at Morrison too. It was mother's mathematical footsteps that I followed into the teaching profession. I am married to Matt Richey and have a son, Dylan and a grandson, River. We also have a dog named Biscuit. I love to read, scrapbook, and organize things in my spare time.
